As an in-house designer at Crate and Barrel, I created this 24"x24" sign to be placed into the windows of an opening Crate and Barrel store during the few weeks leading up to the official opening. A hiring message was added so that it can easily be visible if the store is accepting applications or folded back if the store is not hiring. This feature was much more economical and less wasteful than printing two sets of signs.
